What kind of measures can be adopted when the scrawling happened during the etch process?

The reasons and solutions to the above phenomonon:
1.the settings of the software are unproper, and the tool nose compensation is unclosed (it can be opened only when the character size is less than 1cm and the etch speed is low. Make sure the compensation parameters are proper).
2.the parallel and the serial prot has been connected at the same time; you can remove one of the connecting manner.
3.the outputting of the etch documents has been broken off without being outputted completely.
4.(connecting to the above) the reason may be some operations have been done to the keyboard during the transitting process.
5. the etch software has been damaged, or the computer has infectted virus. To this matter, you can reinstall the software, killing the virus before reinstalling with authorised anti-virus softwares if there are virus in it.
6. the machine has been disturbed by the electric welding, wireless station, machine tool or other power-drive tools. The parellel communicating way is relatively sensitive to external disturbance, if your machine is in a sorrouding where there are strong external disturbance, we suggested you to adopt the serial communicating manner.
7. the machine has been equipped with the unproper stabilized voltage supply, such as the domestic relay or stabilized voltage supply, in these conditions, there will be strong disturbance at the exact moment of the relas make-and-break, and therefore leading to wrong communicating data.
8.the RAM or its birdle wire are not inserted well, or being damaged. Call the seller to repair or chang it for you.
